Take your existing QA scorecard and rewrite each scoring field with explicit definitions, point deduction rules, and at least 2 to 3 examples per category. Vague instructions like "use judgment" must be replaced with specific rules like "deduct 2 points if the interpreter omits a number." AI executes exactly what is written. The scorecard is the training.

Go to Quality Standards, create or import your scorecard

Start with Accuracy and Professionalism first. These two criteria account for the most scoring variation between humans and AI.
